Movil Development Corp. has been providing homes across the Hudson Valley — and a few spots beyond — for decades. We're a small operation, so when you call, you get us. When something breaks, we know the building. When you drop off an application, it goes to the person making the decision.
We don't run a leasing office in a glass tower. We own and look after every apartment on this page, and we pick tenants the old-fashioned way: paperwork, phone calls, and a little bit of trust.
